Baked Veggie Fish With Cheese

 

 I.     Recipe name: Baked Veggie Fish With Cheese

 II.     Ingredients:

  1. 10 slices vegetarian fish (1 package VegeFarm* Vege Big Spanish Mackerel)

  2. 1 package Mozzarella cheese

 III.     Directions:

  1. Cut the vegetarian fish in half. Tear the Mozzarella cheese into shreds.

  2. Fry the vegetarian fish slices on medium heat until light golden brown, or bake in the oven until light golden brown.

  3. Place the fried or baked vegetarian fish on the baking pan, covered with cheese shreds on top. Again bake in oven until the cheese turns light golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
