From a cabbage head, extract the inner white part of a head of cabbage. Shred the inner cabbage into thin pieces. Clean by soaking in water. Strain the water out.

Fry the 2 pieces of tofu until golden yellow. Slice into pieces.

Shred the onion into thin pieces. Soak in vinegar and water. Strain.

Mix the cabbage, tofu, and onion pieces. Place in a large dish or plate.

Toast raw peanuts until golden yellow. Crush peanuts and put on top of the plate with mint.
Salad Sauce:

Extract the juice from the lemon. Add sugar, salt, minced chili, and orange juice. Mix well until sauce is consistent (so salt and sugar have dissolved).

Before eating, pour the sauce onto the salad and toss well.
