- 1 block 
(300g or 10 oz.) fresh 
tofu*, washed and thinly sliced
 
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
 
- 3 stalks scallion (use 
white part), washed and finely chopped
 
- 2 red chili peppers, 
washed and cut vertically
 
Seasonings:
- 2 Tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce*
 - 
1 teaspoon vegetarian BBQ 
sauce*
 
Garnish:
- A few 
cilantro leaves
 - 
Pinch of black pepper

                            Directions:                             
- Preheat the olive oil in 
a frying pan on high heat and fry tofu until golden. Then add the ingredients 
for seasonings. Stir well. Add the chopped scallions and the chili peppers. Stir 
one more time then transfer to a plate.
